We always pay for shipping if your order exceeds EUR 100,00 (only in Denmark)
Can I exchange a kit or a ball of yarn?
Yes, you can exchange the entire kit if you have not commenced the project. If you have started on your kit and decide not to finish it, you are always welcome to exchange the unopened yarn, but not the rest of the kit, such as pattern, buttons, etc.
You must always remember your receipt or order confirmation if you wish to exchange or return a product.
Is everything I need to get started included in a kit?
Yes, it is. The only thing you have to have to add to your order optionally is knitting needles, crochet hooks, and inner cushions.
The reason for this is that many of our customers already have the required tools.
Why do I have to choose, e.g., knitting needles as an optional object?
There are two main reasons for this. Firstly, the individual customer’s tension might vary. Secondly, you might already have the required knitting needles.
Is it possible for me to get started on a project if I have never tried it before?
YES! It is of high importance to us to make understandable descriptions and offer various guides, to ensure that you successfully finish your craft. Of course, we recommend that you commence with one of our project, which is at the level ”Beginner”.
Can I leave something out of a kit?
No, the kit is sold as a package, making sure that you have everything you need for your unique craft. Though, adding tools to your kit is optional if you wish to do so.
Is it possible for me to see the yarn prior to purchasing?
Yes, you are always more than welcome to visit our flagship store, where all of our styles and yarns are displayed. Our address is Vesterbrogade 165, 1800 Frederiksberg.
Is it possible to buy patterns separately?
That is unfortunately, not possible! We sell our patterns and yarns as a kit, as we wish to make sure that you get the best possible result.
