About the style
The Sotra Sweater is knit in our Highland yarn (100% highland wool).
The sweater is worked on circular needle size 5 mm (80 cm) and 4 mm (60 cm), as well as double-pointed needles size 4 and 5 mm (or circular needles if using the "magic loop" method). Remember to order the circular needles separately as they are not included in the kit.
We always recommend doing a gauge swatch and washing it before commencing your project, to get the right tension and thereby the right fit.
The technique is stockinette with rib details, which is knitted with one thread of Highland yarn. The style is worked from the top down with nice details by the raglan increases and rib edges. The raglan increases are made like lifted increases, which makes an elegant line.
The style is available in four sizes and ten color combinations.
